We're delighted that you chose Chrysus for your purchase. Your happiness is our priority, and we stand by our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy to ensure your experience with us is exceptional.

Self-Serve Returns: Our self-serve return process makes returning items easy and convenient.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Exclusions: Gift cards, Customized products and Final sale items are not eligible for any return or refund.

To qualify for a return:

– The item must be in its original condition that you received it (tags, box, and pouch included)

– The item must be unworn, unaltered, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging, proof of purchase, warranty and instructions

– The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it. (After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.)

Damages and Issues: 

Kindly inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a simple note in the box containing the reason for the return. Put the product in a suitable package so that it is not damaged during transportation. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive them.

Please be aware that all of our jewelry is handcrafted, and slight variations from the images shown on our website are to be expected. These differences highlight the unique artistry of our craftsmen and do not signify any damage.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Our Quality Assurance team will inspect all returns before we process a refund. Once they confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10-12 business days. Returns and refunds will be made only subject to any applicable Consumer Law and Chrysus Terms and Conditions of Purchase. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at orders@chrysus.ca
